Synopsis

Actual problems, experiences, trends and prospects of digital transformation in the field of education and science are highlighted. The theory and practice of designing an information and educational environment, the digitalization of the training of education seekers were studied, the scientific and methodological principles of the introduction of information and communication technologies in formal and informal education were substantiated, as well as the methods of organizing mixed and distance learning, training teachers to use electronic resources, special attention was paid to problems of cybersecurity and psychopedagogy of security, information technologies in scientific research, as well as management of innovative educational projects; the trends and prospects of the cyberspace security of Ukraine and the world in the conditions of the pandemic were analysed; managerial aspects of implementation of innovative educational projects, programs, preparation of grants are outlined. The experience of educational transformations in the conditions of digitalization of European states, the USA, and Japan is characterized.

The publication is addressed to scientific and pedagogical workers, heads of educational institutions, methodologists, researchers of the problems of digitization of education.
