Education of the population in emergencies

The manual explains the features of training different groups of the population in the culture of the safety of life, awareness of rights and responsibilities in the field of civil protection and readiness for conscious practical action in emergencies. For management and professionals at various levels, whose activities are related to the organization and the implementation of civil protection measures - the acquisition of skills to create, make and implement management decisions within the job responsibilities and powers provided by law in this area.
The manual is intended for cadets and students of higher educational institutions in the speciality 263 "Civil Security". It can also be useful for practitioners of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
